DROGART (Slovenia)
Active since 1999 with the main objective to reduce the damage related to alcohol, synthetic and other drugs among youth. We are reaching the goal by the usage of modern information and prevention communication channels (internet, web and mobile apps, print materials and work on field), counselling and frequent research of the prevalence and the characteristic of drug usage among youth as well as constant development of innovative prevention programmes / responses. The Association stimulates the development of the innovative youth projects, inclusion of youth into our activities and promotion of volunteering and prevention work. DrogArt youth workers are present at clubs and larger electronic music events in Slovenia. As part of harm reduction activities, DrogArt offers anonymous drug checking to help prevent health complications and to inform users about substances, offer consultation services and other forms of assistance.

DIMS (Netherlands)
The Drugs Information and Monitoring System (DIMS) is a national network of testing facilities that furthermore aims at gaining an insight into the market of controlled substances.
DIMS is embedded within the Trimbos Institute and is funded by the Ministry of Health (VWS).

SAFE ‘N SOUND (Belgium)
Safe 'n Sound is a peer support and harm and risk reduction project in Flanders aimed at healthier entertainment in the electronic music scene. Safe 'n Sound tries to prevent health problems without necessarily wanting to avoid substance use.

KOSMICARE (Portugal)
Kosmicare was born of a will to inspire change in drug policy and promote the empowerment of people that use drugs, their families and communities. As a group we believe it is our responsibility to promote human development from a humans’ rights perspective and to be co-creators of a world that offers comprehensive, humane and scientifically supported health and safety responses to these communities. We are a community of thinkers and doers gathered with the goal of promoting research and intervention
aimed at the caring for the people who use drugs.

NGO active in different intervention fields as participation, diversity, integration and well-being.
In 2016, we launched our outreach project PIPAPO providing information, safer use and an integrated drug checking service in festivals and clubs.
In 2020, an Integrated Drug Checking service is launched on a weekly base.
